Cocoon Health 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cocoon Health, you have 100 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

Return Policy

  • Product(s) returned to Cocoon Health directly must have been purchased from our website, cocoon.health
  • Product(s) purchased from any retailer or website other than cocoon.health must be returned to original purchase location and in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.
  • Cameras must be in good physical condition, not broken or damaged.
  • Please ensure you include all components in your returned unit. Incomplete returns will be refunded the retail value of parts received by Cocoon Health’s returns processing department.
  • The product(s) must be returned to Cocoon Health within three weeks after the return request has been submitted to be considered a valid return.
  • You will be issued an email when your return has been received and processed by Cocoon Health Support.
  • Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed.

To start your refund, email hello@cocoon.health with your name, order number (provided in your order confirmation email), and reason for return.

You will be emailed a return label. In the package, you will need to include your order number and reason for return.
